These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 38bd platform and all of its services. By agreeing to these Terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Please read each section in full.
Definitions and Interpretation
The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are described below:
- "Platform" or "38bd" — refers to the 38bd.cam website and all of its associated services, applications, and tools.
- "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — your personal registered account on the platform.
- "Wallet" — the digital balance held within your account, where deposits, bonuses, and winnings are stored.
- "Bonus" — promotional funds or free spins provided by the platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the specified multiplier of the amount you must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process.
- "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.
In these Terms, singular terms also apply in the plural where the context requires, and masculine terms apply equally to all genders.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on the 38bd platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Each person may open only one account.
- You must read and agree to these Terms.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of account registration — including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts through the same device, IP address, payment method, or family member will be treated as a violation of the rules. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.4 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. 38bd will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact the support team immediately.
Age Verification
38bd takes strict responsibility regarding those under 21 years of age. The platform is intended only for users aged 21 and above.
3.1 Verification Process
We reserve the right to verify a user's age at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Passport
- Birth Registration Certificate
- Driving Licence
3.2 Failure to Verify
If age verification fails or the required documents are not submitted, the account will be temporarily suspended and any deposited funds will be held. No winnings will be paid out to minors.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to depositing funds on the 38bd platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Once a deposit transaction is completed, the balance is added automatically.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules

- Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made through a verified account.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an active investigation on the account.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation
A withdrawal request that has already begun processing may not be possible to cancel. 38bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if any irregularity or suspicious activity is detected.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
38bd offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳3,000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 20x, you must wager a total of ৳60,000.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus has a limited validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit it.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games on the platform.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
5.4 VIP Program
38bd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Advancing to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform. Cashback for each tier is paid out automatically every week.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on the 38bd platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Specific limits may apply when placing bets with a bonus balance.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game disconnects or a technical issue occurs for any reason, 38bd will attempt to recover the result of that game round where possible. If that is not possible, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded. No claims will be accepted based on incorrect payout information displayed as a result of a technical error.
6.4 Live Casino
Live casino games are operated through third-party game providers. The provider's own rules may also apply to these games. Players should familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before starting a game.
6.5 Sports Betting
When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, rugby, and other sports, specific rules apply to each market category. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 38bd's established policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 38bd platform:
- Any attempt to fraudulently influence the platform's systems or games.
- Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses or circumventing wagering requirements using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Using another user's account or attempting to steal their information.
- Any attempt to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Falsely identifying yourself as a representative of 38bd.
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Where necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
38bd may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any section of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Failure to verify age or identity.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Where a security investigation is required.
- At the user's own request (responsible gaming).
8.2 Consequences of Suspension
A suspended account will not be able to log in, make deposits, make withdrawals, or play games. If the reason for suspension is found to be unfounded, the account will be restored. However, in cases of rule violations, the account may be permanently closed.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
38bd strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. 38bd is not obligated to provide any compensation for such disruptions.
9.2 Internet Connection
38bd is not responsible for any issues caused by the quality, speed, or stability of your internet connection. Ensuring a stable internet connection is entirely the user's responsibility.
9.3 Third-Party Services
Payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and game providers are independent third parties. 38bd is not directly responsible for disruptions or errors in their services. However, we will provide every possible assistance in resolving such issues.
9.4 Gaming Risks
Online gambling or betting carries the risk of losing money. 38bd does not guarantee winnings. 38bd is not responsible for a user's personal decisions or their consequences.
